City of Belmont War Memorial

The City of Belmont War Memorial is situated in Faulkner Park Cloverdale and allows the Placement of a Memorial Plaque for any person who was a resident of the City who has served in the Army, Navy, Air Force and/or any allied nation, and has passed away.

The family may apply for a plaque and its installation on the Memorial by applying to the Sub-Branch on the Application Form and contribute to the production and placement of the Plaque.

The recognition is usually made either at the Dawn Service and/or at the Remembrance Day Service.
